Not only do Americans give there lives for there country but so do Canadians and many other do as well... so my point is when you say USA only it shows you are a jerk and don't care about anyone else but your self dude.
PS i think the USA and Canada are 2 of the most beautiful places on this planet and we should be lucky we have 2 great countrys like theses 2.
